Take It On

I love that Marlo is starting to put sentences together. This week she was working on the correct way to request putting on and taking off her clothes, bib, etc. She thinks the opposite of "put it on" is "put it off" and that the opposite of "take it off" is "take it on".

On the other hand, she has a fully developed understanding of popsicles. That they are cold, that you have to go outside to eat them, that when mommy gets the loud blender out she is making them, that you get them out of the freezer... I guess the only thing she can't wrap her brain around is that they are not a breakfast food.
