Twisted

Auntie Molly Bea and Shannon got Marlo and Louis Twister for Christmas. It's a huge hit- what a great way to teach left and right (and give Mommy and Daddy a good stretch!) Thanks Molly and Shannon!

More ballooning

Sean had 2 more super cute pictures of Marlo and Louis in the play balloon.

So it turns out hat I  had some pent up crafting energy that needed releasing... I had so much fun with this party!  I was so happy that the kids genuinely enjoyed the play hot air balloon (and endured my request for pictures in it) and that 12 adults and 7 kids fit in our tiny condo with out too much discomfort!

Happy First Birthday Louis!

I love you!

Cake!

He didn't quite get it at first but as soon as Marlo gave him a little taste he was happy to indulge. Be the end of it he was lounging back in his chair and shoving it in.  It gives me a tummy ache just looking at the pictures but he did great!

Happy Birthday Louis!

Louis is 1! What a great time to reflect and appreciate everything that was 2012!  We are so proud of our little boy- he's walking and starting to talk and is such a sweet, happy little man. What more could we ask for?

More birthday party pictures to come!

And here's his favorite person singing him happy birthday!
