Real Bus

Last weekend Marlo rode the city bus for the first time!

Aunt Wawa taught Marlo to sing "Rock and Roll is Here to Stay"

Painting

Marlo is way into Curious George right now. Aunt Sharla, Aunt Sheri, Uncle Tim, Lorelai, Cohen, and Jagger gave her a giant bag full of CG loot. Books, coloring books, paintings, etc.  Here are some pictures of her working on her first Curious George painting. She's taking it very seriously.

Gifted

Here's Marlo playing with some of her presents on Sunday...

One of her favorite gifts was from her friend Knox. She's pretty out of control but loves it.


She loves the Magnadoodle that Rachel and Greg gave her. She's very focused when drawing with it... and very dramatic when using the pen as a microphone. Who knew it would be so multi functional!

Birthday Weekend

We had a great weekend celebrating Marlo's 2nd Birthday.

Sean took Friday afternoon off of work and we flew Marlo's new bumble bee kite at Zilker Park. Saturday we celebrated with her party at the Children's Museum. Sunday we opened presents and went to our regular show at Ruta Maya coffee shop. Here are a few pics.  I didn't get very many of the party but I think others did, I'll collect them and post them later.
