Louis the Artist

 Louis borrowed my phone to take some pictures.

He's also really into drawing right now and his pictures have really evolved from abstract things he called "maps" to this:

This is a drawing of our family and Louis' Hot Wheels track with cars on it. Sean is the character on the left with the glasses. I'm in the very center, the lines protruding from my head are my eyelashes.  Louis is below me with the big smile. Marlo is on the top right, she has bracelets, a skirt, and a necklace and the x on her head is a hair bow.
I love the cars on the hot wheels track!

House Update

We have appliances!  Who knew a refrigerator and dishwasher could be so exciting?!

And packing.. We officially live among towers of boxes.

Today all of our appliances will be delivered and installed!  Once we get our HVAC and drive way through some city code stuff we will be ready to get our final inspection!

Evy's birthday party

Every week someone in Louis' class is deemed peacemaker of the week.  I'm not sure what he did to make peace but the "I do my own stunts" tshirt really adds to the picture.

We went on a glass bottom boat tour in San Marcos.  I didn't get any good pictures but it was super fun and I highly recommend it- the springs are amazing.
