Christmas Pictures
Where's Marlo? |
Toys Toys Toys! |
Very curious about the tree. |
Marlo's been pulling this duck around since she opened it. |
Ready to ride! |
At the end of the day we still had a happy baby. I'm so glad we made it through our first Christmas with out a meltdown. |

New Tricks
Marlo can show you where her teeth are, give a high five and tell you what a monkey says.
So many useful talents.

Mealtime Entertainment
Marlo likes to listen to music during mealtime. Here she is singing and dancing at dinner yesterday
Marlo's new game is to hold her food over the floor and act like she's going to drop it. Sometimes she does drop it but most of the time she follows instructions and eats it. I'm sure soon enough she figure out that it's much more exciting to disobey. This video's pretty funny because she follows my instruction not to drop the peas off the edge of the chair and then decides to try dropping them down into her lap.

Just another day
This video demonstrates so many things that are happening with Marlo these days.
She is very mobile (and quick), she's expressing what she wants (and testing out what a cry will get her) and her pincer grasp is developing nicely (I think catching a small insect should be a new milestone).
I think it's pretty funny that if I tell her "yuck, don't put it in your mouth" she just turns so that she thinks I can't see her and gives it another try.
Disclaimer: Normally if have to take something away from Marlo and she cries I don't give it right back to her, I'm not that much of a push over, but I was conducting a little research in infant Marlo behavior.
